Timothy O. Beppler has been a resident of the State of Wyoming for most of his life. He received a B.A. degree in political science from the University of Wyoming in 1973 and his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1976. He served as the law clerk for Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Robert R. Rose for several years prior to entering the private practice of law in Evanston, Wyoming.

He is a member of the Uinta County Bar Association, the ABA Section Real Property, Trust & Estate Law, and the Salt Lake City Estate Planning Council. He is admitted to practice law in Wyoming and Utah.

Mr. Beppler is a past member of the Board of Bar Commissioners for the Wyoming State Bar, and is a former chair of the Wyoming Board of Professional Responsibility. He currently serves as the chair of the Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics. Mr. Beppler has also served as a board director and officer for a number of non-profit organizations, including the Wyoming State Bar Foundation (President, 2007-2008); Uinta Recycling, Inc.; Evanston Area Community Foundation; Uinta County Library Board; Evanston Urban Renewal Board; and B.E.A.R. Project, Inc. He was named as the 2005 “Citizen of the Year” for Evanston, Wyoming.

Mr. Beppler’s past speaking engagements include:
